Lake Ashuelot Listings
Lake Ashuelot Estates (LAE) a beautiful lake community on the 368 acre Ashuelot Pond, in the Town of Washington, NH. Washington, named after our 1st President, is a small rural town with about 1100 people. Washington is considered a low tax town and very desirable place to start a family or retire. LAE has a lot to offer year round. In the summer there is volleyball, boating, hiking, fishing and all things summer! The fall is spectacular with foliage and LAE has tennis and basketball courts always ready to be used. As snow moves in, LAE takes on a look and feel of an enchanted forest. Each lot owner abides by the “no clear cut” tree rule – so everyone has a sense of privacy and seclusion. Ah, but not to worry, the association has seasonal mixers – to meet new neighbors or to learn of the events scheduled. People snow shoeing, ski mobiles and cross country skies abound on the roads and trails around this desirable area. Association dues are 400.00 annually. Below are some helpful links.
